Faulty / Damaged Discs
If you're having problems your discs then please read through the following suggestions before returning the disc.

The Disc spins in the drive and then does nothing
Your computer may not be set to auto-run discs. To run the disc, double click on 'My Computer' or ‘System’, right click the disc icon, highlight autorun/autoplay and left click. The disc interface will now run.

DVD playback problems
If you're having playback problems with our DVDs' it is more than likely that you have 'GDR8161B ' somewhere in the model number of your DVD drive. If your drive has this model number then you will have to download the firmware update.
Please note that DVDs' will not play in CD drives .

Faulty disc?
If you've picked up a copy of a our Open Media package and found that the disc was damaged, please fill in the form below stating the fault, the name of the package, issue number and your address.
