FAQ
Can't find a serial number?, the disc won't run?, then take a look at our FAQ. This should hopefully help you to find the answers to your questions.
*The disc spins in the drive and does nothing
Is the disc compatible with your drive?
If your disc has a DVD logo on it and your disc drive has a CD-ROM logo on the front of it then the disc will not work. To run one of our DVD-ROMs you will require a DVD-ROM drive.
*My drive is compatible with the disc but still does nothing
Is autorun setup on your computer?
Autorun may not be setup on your computer. Double click on 'My Computer' or ‘System’, right click on the disc icon, and left click 'auto-run/autoplay'. The disc interface will now present itself. Users of Windows XP with Service pack 2 maybe presented with additional prompts to run the interface. Allow the content to be viewed.
*My disc is physically marked or is damaged
Unfortunately a small percentage of discs do get damaged during transit.
Please send the disc back to us for a replacement. If the disc is not damaged and won't run then please refer the top of this FAQ before sending it back to us.
Be sure to put a returns address in the package otherwise we will be unable to send a disc back to you.

*Serial number information
I've installed one of the featured full products and it requires a serial number or registration code.
Run the disc interface and click on the link for the required Application. All the registration information will be on this page. Please carefully follow the instructions and you'll have the serial code in next to no time.
*I've followed the registration procedure and I'm still waiting for the code to turn up in the email
Some email responders can take up to 24 hours to reply. If it's been over 24 hours then check your spam folder. If it's not in your spam folder then re-register using a free email service such as yahoo.com, etc.
*The registration link in the instructions is not responding
If the disc is under 6 months old then please email us at: support@casttechnologies.com
Full products offers are only open for a certain period of time. This time period will be indicated in the instructions. Please note that we are unable to support discs that are over six months old.
*I can't see all of the disc interface/screen
You need to change your screen resolution.
Go to ‘System Setting’ or ‘Control Panel’, select ‘Monitor/Display’ and click on the setting tabs. Slide the screen area slider towards the right so it reads a minimum of 1024 x 768. Click ‘apply’ and/or click ‘ok’ to any other prompts you may encounter after this.
Insert the disc again and you'll see the problem has been resolved.
*I’ve installed the software correctly, but it won’t run / it’s doing strange things
The problem you're encountering is probably not one we've experienced and is very application specific. On the disc interface is a link to developer's web site. Please click on this link to obtain more detailed support with regard to the problem.
*I’ve got a problem with one of your Linux discs
Linux comes in many shapes and sizes. If you post your query to our forums you’ll have an answer in next to no time.
*My question does not relate to any of the information in the FAQ.
Please note that we are also able to give you assistance with queries you may have relating to software (beyond installation problem) especially in the grounds of open source software, but you will need to be able to communicate your problems with our support team. This also applies to any hardware problems you may have with your machine.
